(1) strong self-control, with efficient learning ability and keen insight
(2) good at social communication, have good interpersonal skills and organization and coordination ability
(3) calm and rational, in different situations to be able to assess the situation, decisive decision

I believe that success is relative and everyone has their own standards of success. For me, true success is a constant self-growth, self-adjustment, ability to adapt to others’ eyes, and social recognition.

I hope that through the MBA course, I will sort out and summarize my previous knowledge and work experience, and learn advanced management methods and logical thinking skills to lay a solid foundation for future career development.

15、If you fail this time what will you do in the near future? (这次要是没考上，你打算怎么办？)
I have enough confidence to be successful in this exam. However, if I fail this time, I need to calm down and try to figure out what the problem is. Anyway, I will try again until I succeed.
